Directions for use:

Prepare skin with toner and facial oil before each use, cups should glide smoothly across skin. Squeeze cup to create suction against the skin, if too tight, squeeze again to release some of the suction. Do not hold cups in one spot, keep cups moving across the skin at all times following the facial maps provided. Best used 3 x/ week.
